01 — The challenge
The e-learning platform was losing learners to static content and slow feedback loops. Students worked through material alone, had no way to get instant answers to questions, and couldn't collaborate with peers in real time. Completion rates were suffering and the platform was difficult to differentiate in a crowded market.
02 — What I built
I built EduNova as a full learning management platform with two capabilities that directly addressed the engagement problem: an AI chatbot available throughout every course to answer questions and explain concepts on demand, and real-time WebSocket communication that enables live collaboration between learners and instructors. The platform manages course structure, progress tracking, and content delivery as the foundation.
03 — The outcome
EduNova shipped to production and is live at scale. The combination of AI support and real-time collaboration addressed both the isolation and feedback-speed problems that were driving disengagement. The platform is genuinely differentiated — learners have access to instant help at any point in the course, and the live features make the experience feel more like a classroom than a video library.
