01 — The challenge

Client challenge

Most analytics tools depend on cookies and personal data — which means consent banners, missing data from visitors who decline, and dashboards full of traffic that never connects to revenue. Teams could see visits, but not which sources and pages actually brought paying customers.

02 — What I built

What I built

I built Keen Analytics, a privacy-first platform that measures websites, not people. A lightweight JavaScript SDK (around 1.2 KB, zero cookies) sends events to a Go backend, and a Next.js dashboard ties traffic to conversions and revenue. Services run in Docker and ship through GitHub Actions.

  • Cookie-free tracking — no personal data and no stored IP addresses
  • Revenue attribution by source, campaign and page
  • Realtime view with a live globe of current visitors
  • Pages, funnels, click heatmaps and performance reports
  • Multi-site projects, segments, period comparison and automatic insights
  • API and MCP access, plus Stripe, RevenueCat and Search Console integrations

03 — The outcome

Measured outcomes

Teams get a clear answer to which channels bring paying customers — without consent banners, cookies or personal data. Keen is live at getkeen.cc and tracks production sites, including the Outreach Genie website and app.
