01 — The challenge

Client challenge

A client was moving candidate operations from Gantic CRM to Spott CRM and needed to keep candidate records moving into the new system without relying on manual export, cleanup, and re-entry during the migration window.

02 — What I built

What I built

I built an automation that reads candidate data from Gantic CRM, maps the fields into Spott's expected structure, deduplicates records, and syncs qualified candidate information into Spott CRM with controlled error handling.

  • Deduplication checks to avoid duplicated candidate records

Measured outcomes
