Workforce needed a controlled company-memory system that could capture useful operational signals from meetings, review flows, candidate communication, and CRM activity without letting unapproved or sensitive raw data become durable knowledge.

I built a Workforce Second Brain automation layer connecting Fathom meeting intelligence, Slack review and approval flows, WhatsApp/Spott candidate communication, and a Git-backed Workforce vault. Approved signals are sanitized into Markdown knowledge, while source systems remain authoritative.
